Exhibitor Opportunities
The 2023 Congress will be an in-person event, with a hybrid component. Elements of the scientific content will be live streamed to those in the ISPGR community who are prevented from attending due to COVID19.
Exhibitors are guaranteed placement in our hugely popular Poster & Exhibitor Hall. Traditionally 100% attendance from our delegates is typical, with over 88% of attendees visiting the exhibitors
ISPGR dedicates significant program time to posters and exhibitors at the World Congress, with at least 3 hours a day concentrated on Posters & Exhibitors. All catering is situated in the Hall, providing further face time with attendees

To book your booth for the 2023 ISPGR World Congress, please register via our online tool. Our online registration system will ask you for the following information:
- Company and Contact Information
- Expo Booth Representative Information
- Company Description
- Payment information
- VAT Number or Tax ID number to save on VAT
Please note: booth selection is based on a first come first served basis – the official floor plan will be available in the New Year.
Space is limited – book early! Exhibit booths are booked on a first come, first served basis. Reservations without payment will not be considered until payment has been received.
